In the Metro London newspaper today I read an article which is basically reporting on a possible push for the all out ban on Diesel engined vehicles starting in London to help the countries ”commitment” in reducing emissions.

I am not a fan of mainstream media at all and this is why! (They either don’t know themselves [yet can still call themselves ”Investigative Journalists!”], or they are perhaps deliberately keeping quiet on the subject below?)
Most people do not know that the Diesel Engine was actually designed with Bio Fuels in mind! The inventor himself spoke of this in the days of his creation, In fact, there are companies out there that not only produce kits which you can install in your Diesel engined vehicle, they even offer a full installation as well.
These kits are filtration systems which enable you to run your vehicle on Frying Oils which you can obtain for Free from restaurants and Take Away shops such as fish and chip shops etc!
It doesn’t mean that you have to choose between Diesel or Bio-Fuels only, you can run your vehicle on both albeit not at the same time so, Diesel can be the back up once your supply of Free Vegetable Oil runs dry for a period of time!

Don’t like the idea of installing a filtration kit? No problem, there are people who pre-filter and refine these oils for you and you pay them per liter! I have heard that there is one operating in the Elephant and Castle area of South London and I think they are based at a Farmers Market. The pre-filtered / refined Bio Fuel can be used directly in the Engine itself without any modifications being done!

Stop Heathrow Expansion! Clean Air Is More Important Than A Stronger Economy For The Rich …

Another article I read today in another newspaper on my commute home, states that ”staff at Heathrow Airport” are to be given a £2000 incentive per vehicle, if they switch from diesel Engined vehicles to Petrol ones, they claimed in the article that staff drive 27,000 Diesel Vehicles into Heathrow, reading on, it became clear that these are not personal vehicles but all the combined vehicles from contractors and essential equipment at the airport!
So the agenda is clear, with the push for a Third Runway at the busiest airport in the World, which is in the city that has been rated as having the worst air quality in the whole of Europe… it’s obvious that there is some kind of underhand corruption going on. I don’t know about you, but honestly, I couldn’t give a Cr*p about what some business think tank says about our economy if ”we don’t listen  and not build a third runway” .. I really couldn’t care, isn’t it obvious /common sensical that we would rather have clean air and healthy bodies than a predicted better economy?
What good is having a secured low waged job at Heathrow only to be diagnosed with Cancer well before you get to retire?!?

People Need To Start Thinking For Themselves And Not What Their Newspaper Tells Them!

The Conspiracy Starts Here:

Rudolf Diesel: Intended The Diesel Engine To Be Run On Bio Fuels

1: The Government does not give companies with Diesel vehicle fleets any tax breaks if they use Bio Fuels in their vehicles,
2: With the above in mind, then do they really want to meet or exceed their targets for low emissions? Why can I get a tax break if I fill up with Diesel but not when I fill up with Bio-Fuels despite receiving a Receipt from the Fuel Supplier?
3: Currently, the Diesel engine is an already existing design which works with Bio-Fuels without much needed modifications (If any at all), So Why Ban Them ?!?! They are basically Getting Rid Of The Solution!

A Simpler Way: Crisis as Opportunity (2016) Documentary

This Documentary follows on the subject of Eco Village / Community based settlements, filmed in Australia with some commentary from David Holmgren and is a joyful watch, you can see a few mini homes built from recycled materials etc…

There are discussions about the world banking system and how even it needs a radical change in order to secure a better future, this is a very interesting documentary for anyone interested in the subject or similar

I really resonate with what David Holmgren says in this short video about protesting and what Permaculture can do, how it can be used to eventually cause real change in our lives and our world ….

Here is a very good article outlining some pretty scary facts about the bane of Genetic Modification on humanity and also the world’s ecosystem (when keeping Genetic Pollen Pollution / Contamination in mind).

“Control oil and you control nations,” said US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in the 1970s. “Control food and you control the people.”

World food control is almost in place thanks to the reduction of seed diversity with genetically modified seeds being distributed by only a few transnational corporations. Genetic engineering has made proprietary control through the use of intellectual property rights possible over the seeds on which the world’s food supply depends on. To cover these costs, food prices are raised.

Monsanto is a leading corporation in agribusiness has been gradually taking over smaller heirloom seeds suppliers in addition to trademarks acquisition of a number of heirloom seeds. This started several years ago and it’s continuing. There’s significant probability that when buying seeds from a local store, one may get a genetically modified product.

Monsanto was formed in 1901, that’s more than a century ago, in the year. Throughout the ages, Monsanto has emerged and secured its reputation as a face of corporate evil. Demonstrations have been held globally by environmental activists and when Monsanto introduced Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) seeds. Monsanto modifies a plant or crop artificially, making it immune to a specific, all-purpose poison through genetic engineering. It’s expected that the modified crop stays safe with the use of pesticides while everything else is killed.

The Monsanto Controversy

The controversy that lies with Monsanto is not recent; the company used to be a chemical company which produced Agent Orange and its main poison, Dioxin. The company was also involved in selling DDT, dairy cow hormone rBGH, the carcinogenic Aspartame sweetener, and PCBs in the past.

Impacts of GMO Foods

GMOs are unhealthy, this is according to the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM). The organization points out that GMO food can cause infertility, organ damage, immune system disorder and accelerated aging. Another impact is the expected increase in the use of herbicides in an effort to stem the ‘superweed’ resulting from weed’s resistance to herbicides due to their increased usage.

Due to the possibility of cross-pollination, it’s expected that GMO pollution will be the long-term problem with no possibility of eradication. The famous and tragic Colony Collapse Disorder of Honey Bees was recognized to have happened after the introduction of GMOs. All these point to an unsustainable and dark future.

From Natural News:

(NaturalNews) No surprise here, but a recent report has found that MON810, a Monsanto-made GM corn, doesn’t have the ability to thwart crop infection. What a shocker. The Franken-food company designed the corn in an effort to “help” crops by making them resistant to corn-boring pests, maintaining that the Bt insecticide in MON810 maize would be beneficial.(1)

Nope. Not even close.

In a report published by the Government of the Aragon region of Spain – a country that happens to be the EU leader in GM maize cultivation – it was found that “there are no significant differences” between GM corn varieties an non-GM, conventional varieties. The amount was minuscule and barely worth mentioning: the difference in per hectare yields of crops between the two varieties harvested was between 0.2 and 0.3 kilos. Not only was there hardly any difference in harvest production, but the report also found that MON810 didn’t make a dent in warding off any pests.(1)

Still, the folks at Monsanto think it’s time break out the MON810 party hats and do a victory dance. According to their website’s “Did You Know?” section, “MON810 corn hybrids contain a protein from a naturally occurring bacterium called Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). This protein provides protection against damaging corn borer pests that can significantly impact both the yield and quality of a farmer’s corn crop.”(2)

Oops, better read the Aragon report Monsanto, because it sure determined otherwise concerning that whole pest control and yield thing you latch on to.

But wait, says Monsanto; GM seed products really DO work

Furthermore, the Monsanto website also does what it’s been doing for ages: It tries to convey that tampering with the foods people ingest is good. “We confidently stand behind the safety and healthfulness of each of our GM seed products,” their site states. Of course, they take issue with any country that has the common sense to ban such foods, suggesting that places that “have taken decisions to illegally ban the planting MON810 corn hybrids despite a robust safety assessment and a long history of safe cultivation and consumption” are in the wrong. Then they go on to remind readers of the studies that have been done, and suggest that governments that don’t align with their strategies are ill-informed, stubborn people engaging in “illegal” bans. Wah, wah.(2)

We bet they’re going to have a field day with the most recent ruling in the Philippines, in which the Supreme Court there ordered a permanent ban on field trials of GM eggplant. Additionally, the judges have temporarily stopped the import of all GM crops and products. At the same time, they’re refusing to accept applications for new GM items until new administrative orders go into effect. Without a doubt, as native farmers and residents rejoice, Monsanto and it’s twisted view of human ethics will find fault with the ruling.(3)

Listen up, Monsanto: There’s a reason so many people shun GM corn. From liver damage to actually inserting genes into human tissue that end up basically throwing the human genome way out of whack, GM corn is bad news. A bit of cellular damage and DNA disruption to go with your dinner? We think not.(4)

Isn’t enough, enough?

Monsanto continues to maintain that everything it touches is golden. Always on the defensive, they’re quick to turn a blind eye to the horrors they’ve inflicted on others, including their main ingredient in Roundup, glyphosate. By now most people are aware (except Monsanto, who has a tough time accepting the truth), that a division of the World Health Organization, IARC, found glyphosate to be “probably carcinogenic to humans.” But keep spraying away, Monsanto says. Cover your lawn, crops, soccer fields, corporate parks and playgrounds with the stuff because, according to their website, the IARC statement puts glyphosate in a category “…that includes common professions such as barbers and fry cooks—a conclusion that conflicts with the overwhelming consensus by regulatory bodies and science organizations around the world.”(5,6)

After a while, it just gets old.

Bad is bad, no matter how well you cleverly craft your words or rely on loopholes to paint a picture of health and product success. From MON810 to glyphosate and everything in between, it’s clear that people deserve better than the backwards logic Monsanto attempts to force upon us.

Article from NaturalNews.com

(NaturalNews) One of the brave and the bold, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is the newest scientist to stand up to Monsanto. Dr. Shiva says he will give Monsanto a $10 million building that he owns in Cambridge, Massachusetts if the corporation can disprove his statement that there are “no safety assessment standards” for genetically modified organisms.

Dr. Ayyadurai is a systems biologist who has analyzed the effects of the genetic engineering process on the biochemical pathways that affect plant physiology. He has written extensively on the stark contrast between natural, unadulterated crops and genetically engineered ones. He makes it clear that there are no safety assessment standards for GMOs and he can prove it.

Independent scientist finds stark differences between GM soybeans and natural ones

Now Dr. Ayyadurai is challenging Monsanto to come forward and address the issue. The repercussions of just one untested GMO could spell harm for hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Genetically engineered crops are controversial and in some eyes, morally wrong. Genetically engineering crops is a completely different field of agricultural control, a deviation from traditional plant breeding. Genetic engineering may combine the DNA of a natural plant with genes from a foreign entity like bacteria. How do these unprecedented gene crossovers affect the plant’s natural compounds and chemistry? How do these changes affect humans or the ecosystem over time?

In one analysis Dr. Ayyadurai found that genetically modified soybeans can accumulate carcinogenic formaldehyde which also led to the depletion of glutathione, a key antioxidant in natural soybeans. When he tested the non-GM soybean plants, there was no buildup of formaldehyde or depletion of glutathione, proving biochemically that GM-soybeans are an inferior and toxic version of natural soybeans.

GMOs approved based on “requirements” not actual safety standards

Dr. Ayyadurai points out that GMOs are approved around the world based on “requirements,” not safety standards. “A standard provides rigorous protocols, processes and procedures,” proclaims Dr. Ayyadurai. “For example, what ingredients should be in the soil and what kind of chemical assay should be done to measure whether that GMO is ‘materially different’ from, or ‘substantially equivalent to,’ its non-GMO counterpart.”

Corporations like Monsanto claim that their GM varieties are “substantially equivalent” to natural seeds and government regulators just assume that they are safe. However, Dr. Ayyadurai’s biological analysis comparing GMOs with natural seeds shows that they are not the same. He proves that GMOs are biochemically different, disrupting molecular systems and equilibrium within the plant’s physiology. “Objective standards to measure equivalence or difference do not exist,” Dr. Ayyadurai insists.

“More importantly, any independent lab should be able to execute those standards, so the results would be reproducible, not just behind closed doors at Monsanto or by a university professor they have funded.”

Objective safety assessment standards needed for all GMOs

Dr. Ayyadurai has gone to great lengths to produce such eye-opening findings, accessing 184 institutions in 23 countries to amalgamate the molecular pathway interaction from 6,497 wet lab tests. Dr. Ayyadurai would like to see Monsanto take an objective approach to achieving safety assessment standards. He would like to see an independent study with legal compliance and agreed-on standards where Monsanto’s GM varieties are grown alongside non-GM crops in the same conditions.

Dr. Ayyadurai points out that the perception of GMO safety is skewed by a country’s economic goals, corporate brainwashing, lobbying and the corruption of academia. The challenge going forward is “to bring the issue forward in a manner that helps the public and scientists to see it clearly” he states.

“If anything, Monsanto has been doing publicity stunts by paying off academics, while spending tens of millions in advertising to brainwash us with beautiful images of African and Indian children frolicking in open fields of flowers, etc., to make us believe that GMOs are safe, while manipulating mainstream media to claim that safety standards for GMOs exist and that the organizations such as the US FDA have determined and assessed the safety of GMOs in the market. This is not true; thus, the challenge.” [Emphasis added]
